Worst experience and vibes at this place typical mechanic panel shop. Had my car in for back damage on my Suv not at fault claim RACV As soon as I am walking towards the office can hear someone stupidly screaming/yelling at workers very unprofessional it’s a car repair shop not a battlefield in world war 2 When I go in to pick up the keys it reeks of a fish market? I understand people have lunch but that’s why we have lunch rooms so US as customers don’t have to put up with it. The staff behind the desk looked stressed and awkward no sense of any customer service skills. When I get shown my car there is still masktape on the roof and then I notice the colour is way off!!!! As soon as I get going and back on the main road the parking sensors were going bezerk….I did a uturn straight away and drove back straight away. I asked if it had been overall quality checked and they said yes but not sure if my car slipped that particular queue. After multiple arguments going back and forth my insurance went to inspect the car and also said they did not sh*t job at matching the colour and THEY ALSO PICKED UP THE PAINT WAS PEELING ALREADY…… at the end of the day it is a not at fault claim and I deserve my car back to as close condition and colour to before the accident. Very unprofessional and would not reccomend to anyoneServices: Painting
Do not go here. Damaged front of vehicle, whilst being repaired for something else and didn't fix it. The vehicle was at the location due to it had been in an accident at rear of the car. To rectify this, simply just sprayed paint over front to cover it up whilst a dent still present. Spray over headlights, black body panelling and numberplate cover leaving speckles everywhere. Also had pieces of interior trim mis aligned and screw hole covers missing. Followed up with insurer for unstatisfactory repair but they Berwick Motor Body Repairs never called back. Take photos of your vehicle before handing over yourself and ensure you look around your car upon picking up.

Awesome service by these guys, had my car referred to them by RACV for a insurance claim, they kept me up to date with the repair process every step of the way. Got my car back within a reasonable timeframe considering the shortage of parts with the current situation the world is in right now. Overall very happy with the work done and would not hesitate to go through them again. Keep up the great work!
Recieved my car 3 days earlier than expected. The staff gave us clear updates through out the process to us. Kevin informed us abiut rental car company, it was really helpful. Repair and paint really impressive. Thank you so much for the staff involved fixing my car.
Took my car in to get repaired as racv sent me here and after getting the car, it had a big scratch on the front which wasn’t there before. When you ask them for the photos they took prior they took it in they don’t show you. Very dodgy would not recommended at all
