We booked the Couples Relaxation Package and it was amazing! The spa has such a peaceful vibe — as soon as we walked in, we felt relaxed. Soft music, hot towels, and lemon water to start.nnWe had about 40 minutes of massage with just the right pressure, then changed into comfy robes and slippers for our outdoor stone bath. While waiting, we enjoyed some tea, and the whole place was so calm.nnThe bath was outdoors with a perfect sunset view, and since it was a weekday, we had it all to ourselves. Sipping bubbles and organic orange juice while soaking was just perfect. The tub is a little small for two, but you can easily top up the hot water anytime. Towels are provided — just bring swimwear.nnSuch a lovely and relaxing experience. Highly recommend for couples!
The people are lovely, the setting great, the views gorgeous, the concret stone bath got and bubbly. All was good. Relaxing, tranquil, fun. The only reason not 5 stars is lack of signage on the property tricky to get to get to, and the extremely basic amenity. Gravel floor, requires some fitness to get to - not suitable for those a little unstable-and the wooden branch tiny changing shed in the open communal bath area.nDon't get me wrong, the rustic natural setting helps the mood and ambience.nOverall loves it. Well definitely go back. The restaurant food was very good too.
Relaxation massage and hot bubble bath an experience so soothing such a great gift to give someone to refresh the mind and soul.The massage took 10 years off my mother’s 83 year old face .Excellent skills and professional staff.
Day Spa with a view. We went with the coconut milk bath for two. Had the covered bath area to ourselves and perfect June afternoon weather, with a great sunset over the Tasman sea. Following morning had a couple's 45 minute relaxation massage as part of our accommodation package deal. Masseuses were thorough and overall was good value. Spa car parking is a bit limited if your room is quite far away from the spa like ours was. Overall would recommend this day spa if you enjoy peace and tranquillity.
I have been more than once at Bersantai Day Spa Castaways Resort and genuinely enjoyed every single time. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing from the moment you enter. My therapist Napat has proven exceptional skills and knowledge in a holistic way, be it to reduce muscle tension with a massage or boost relaxation with a lovely facial treatment. Truly 5 star to my opinion.
