Be careful! Bought a car, got given the car, first problem was the fan belt. Obviously the car was run before the test drive and after purchasing it to cover up the issue. Then got told I needed to take it back 2 days after being handed the keys for a “safety check”. They fixed that issue which is great since it was louder than the stereo. The salesperson who assisted me in the purchase was hiding when I came to pick it up & even said they weren’t “on site” to another staff member despite me pointing them out. If you didn’t have anything to hide I don’t think you would be pretending you weren’t there to hand me the keys back.
Would like to recognise and thank Adam who has worked with us on purchasing a Ford wildtrak. We have had it about 4 weeks now and love it. Adam was very helpful, easy to talk to and was not pushy to seal a deal. He came through when there was few things we wanted fixed and was able to secure a great deal We had been to a few other dealers and was looking at some different 4wd's but I can honestly say it can come down to the sales team member that you feel the most comfortable to deal with Please pass on our thanks and appreciation for his great customer service
Have had incorrect bookings made twice in the past month. Was made to feel at fault and like I was lying the first time, however I could show the call length AND when the car was ready to pick up they texted the number that was only provided to them with the original booking and NOT when they had to rebook me. Now we have found out that another booking we have made was not for what we requested, luckily I called. Have had to cancel the booking as they haven't allocated enough time. Never once an apology for any of the mistakes.
Vehicle been at dealership for over 6 weeks, fair enough they are busy. the advisors are rude on the phone, can't even find out about a vehicle unless the advisor that booked it in is on site, told me the vehicle is not the only one that has been there for 6 weeks. I dont care, i wanted a time frame to have to vehicle back, had to push to get some sort of timeframe. I have been told they have all the parts. Vehicle is in the workshop and being worked on, but will still take until the end of the week. Do they just start a job and not finish it, why should a half day job take all week if they have started it. I guess warranty work just gets pushed to the back because they dont get the same rate from Ford, as they would a normal job.
Excellent range of good used vehicles at realistic prices. All the staff pulled together to make a great deal even better with fantastic service and really went the extra mile to get my accessories bullbar, Snorkel, driving lights sourced and fitted...when everyone else says not possible - these guys say let's do it!! Very impressed with the whole buying experience and won't hesitate to recommend Hidden Valley Ford. Thanks Ryan & Peta!!!
The level of customer service was outstanding. Travelling around Australia, we had done some serious kilometres on dirt & corrugated tracks towing a caravan. When I originally rang Ford Darwin they advised me to call Perth. Having tried & failed to book Perth, I phoned Darwin back & spoke with the Service Manager Jo Dunn. Jo was amazing, managed to squeeze us in & get it sorted & was absolutely lovely to chat with. I was greeted upon arrival with a complimentary coffee & kept updated on the progress of the service. I cannot recommend Jo & the service team at Hidden Valley Ford enough. Thanks for making sure we were able to safely continue our Australian adventure!
I have had services on my Rangers at Hidden Valley Ford over the years and have always been disappointed with their lack of communication. It had been a few years so I thought I would give them another shot in case staff had changed. They kept the car for 2 full days to do a 2 hour job, despite telling me it would be ready just after lunch on the 1st day. I phoned twice but no one could tell me when it would be ready. If they had communicated better and been more transparent about the timeframe I would have been happy with that but instead was left without a car for 2 days and had to miss various appointments and work.
Very annoyed with the service. First purchase needed a few things fixed before handover. Was handed over 10 days late and things were not fixed. Been back 4 times for the same things to be fixed and are still not done, and i wont even mention the detail job that left swirls all over a black vehicle. Second purchase within a few weeks and the car hand over is already a week late, and the car was detailed when I clearly said don't touch it! Been eyeing off a 3rd vehicle but just not willing to go through the ordeal again... Should have spent my 115k elsewhere
Adam and the team at Hidden Valley Ford went above and beyond during our recent purchase from them. After an awful experience with another dealer we were left carless and with no option but to buy something else in a hurry before baby #4 arrives. The whole experience was fantastic and Adam showed allot of compassion and care towards our situation, even meeting us for test drives and delivery outside of normal hours. Highly recommended!
Despite several phone calls confirming a repair would be done on a certain day, including one that morning, the repair was not done. I was told it may be later that week or maybe the following week. As a stranded, carless tourist who had already waited 2 1/2 weeks for diagnosis and parts delivery, I was not impressed. No communication with me unless I instigated it. Now looks like the repair was not done properly. Never again.
