Some staff are extremely rude, products are NOT competitive. The local bigger banks are much friendlier and more competitive. I was treated like a criminal trying to get my own money. I find over time as a soon to be ex customer that Bendigo employees are rude when you want to make full account withdrawals and generally treat you like they are doing you a favour to be your bank despite their extravagant fees. Avoid as much as possible if you dislike bad treatment and slow service.
