Bell Street Fish & Chips

Quick, friendly service. Good variety of drinks. A bit pricey but the nuggets & chips were worth it. The chicken burger was a bit bland and potato cakes could’ve been crispier but overall was good.

Terrible Customer service, the old bloke behind the counter barely said two words to me and one of them was telling me the total for my bill and the was just calling out 'Ready'. Anyway to the food, chips were 'ok', crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside when i first tried them when leaving the store but they didn't travel well as by the time we got to the beach they were soggy so eat them quick if you can. The fish was a bit too fishy in flavour and from my experience usually means is not the most fresh.

Bell Street fish n chips in Bell Street Torquay is a wonderful dining experience that i had with my wife. From the moment of ordering, done with wonderful young shop assistants, to collecting the order in precisely the amount of time that was promised on my ordering and to the impeccably cleaned shop. I had a wonderful dining experience here.

Never, ever had a dud feed from this place. The butterfish is my favourite and the chips are legendary. Highly recommended.
