The crew at Bekaa Air were amazing. We celebrated an anniversary with a helicopter winery tour. Everything was taken care of, the team were very helpful, constantly making adjustments to make sure our day was as near to perfect as possible. Communication from the pilots leading up to the trip was excellent, we had nothing to do except turn up and drink wine. Our pilot Naomi was amazing offering great insights into the working of the helicopter, trivia about the wineries, and just being a very knowledgeable tour guide. For us this was a quite extravagant experience but it was well worth the money. We cannot wait for another opportunity to do another helicopter tour with Bekaa Air.
A must for the bucket list. We did the pub crawl with Mith. What an amazing guy. The view we cannot describe. Thanks guys for making this day speechless. Well done and we are going to do it again!!
Had an amazing experience with Bekaa Air - Purav our pilot was a great bloke and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended, and will be re booking again in the future.
Simply fantastic! From initial communication to the flight itself, we couldn't have had a better experience. Our pilot, Naomi, was wonderful, down-to-earth and knowledgeable about the area and answered our probably silly questions about the running of a helicopter. We would love the opportunity to do this again when we return to Brisbane in the future.
Excellent day! We did a full-day pub crawl with Bekaa Air in September- hired two helicopters as we had a larger group. The service and engagement by the pilots was amazing. The experience was tailored and the pilots flexible with timing at locations, enjoyed having a laugh, and displayed the high test quality and professionalism. Detailed knowledge of the areas and commentary. The locations we superb - particularly enjoyed Gutter bar at Moreton they arrange a 4wd to take you a short trip directly from and landing pad, and Harrigan’s Irish pub. We visited the Beenleigh distillery, and a couple of country pubs. Helicopters were in fantastic condition - Bell R44 and a H125 Squirrel. Very comfortable flights and got us between venues in less than 15minutes. The pilots made the experience just as amazing as the pubs and the helicopters. Great way to spend a day seeing a large part of SEQ and doing it in a novel and fun way. Definitely recommend. Worst part was it being over. Now we’re going to book another do visit some wineries. Thank you both! 10/10 experience!
Had a phenomenal experience with Bekaa Air for a dual 70th birthday present in an R44. The day after booking the 25min scenic flight for two, Naomi called me to discuss the flight, proper pronunciation of names, special requests and anything else that could be done to make the flight more enjoyable. Lo and behold, Naomi would also be the pilot! We also received a personal email confirming all details not auto-generated, and an SMS on the morning confirming satisfactory flying weather and confirming times and meeting point. What can I say? We had a passionate pilot that set the best standard of "customer service" I've ever experienced, and everything on the day was centred around a truly memorable experience - even allowing our little girl to sit on the front left hand seat for a photo! Thank-you Naomi and thank-you Bekaa Air for a wonderful flight!
We used Bekaa Air for a helicopter pub crawl for our company Christmas party, and what an experience it was! Niko was simply amazing, safety was paramount and the entire experience was worth every dollar, we could not recommend this company enough. Good job Niko and Team! You guys rock!
My partner Yvette and I did the whole day western pub crawl and words cannot describe just how amazing it was. The experience itself was made all the more enjoyable by our pilot Purav, who was the most friendly, informative and helpful person you could ask for. I would not hesitate to recommend this company or the experience to anyone thinking of doing it. I really don’t think our feet have touch the ground as we are still on a high from it all. Well done Purav and thanks for laughing at my Dad jokes. Hahaha
