We had to replace a 12 m fence, so the Bunker was the place to check out the options what to get. What a choice. You see all the timber you want to build a new house! I also needed logs for landscaping. One of the employees  - a young lady called Amber - went out of her way  - explaining the pros and cons - helping with the measuring, etc. of the fence timber  planks and posts.  The prices are great as well. The choices made - thanks to the efficient staff - the fence is in the finishing stages. A big thank you to all the staff and delivery drivers - they've been most helpful as well. Will be back! Congratulations on a very well organised business  and excellent carrying staff!  Thank  you

New to Qld and undertaking a renovation. Comparing costs is always important as is finding good service. My enquiry to the Bunker was responded to by Amber, and wow. From then on the service was excellent, pricing was more than competitive. If they didn’t have what I wanted they sourced it. Being ~2 hours away everything was done via phone/text/email and The Bunker didn’t miss a beat. Even with a delivery fee I still save money. The service from Amber and her team was exceptional and when delivered by Darren the timber was perfect. Very well wrapped and secured for travel. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from the Bunker and if I lived closer I’d be there all the time. Great company, excellent staff and very competitive. 10/10 to all involved. Thank you

Great experience  at the bunker  with  Amber on her own, my order,2 other customers, phone calls happening, on a day when no other workers were there. Great multitasking  skills  under pressure, running  through  the shed to give advice  to other customers  and take their orders.champion

I came here today with massive anxiety being a woman And out of my Comfort to get a few things for my husband. I walked in and met a young girl behind the counter with a big smile and she’s asked how she could help. I just showed her a text from my husband and off we went she helped me get everything that was needed and also helped carry it all out to my car. Thanks for making my trip Pleasant after all.  Really appreciate it.  Great costumer service means a lot.

Excellent service

I buy all my timber for house and garden projects from the Bunker  as they always have what I need at the best price, but, mostly because they are straightforward and truthful. Finding a mob you can trust is gold.

Some prices better than Bunnings, but also some problems. The problems are:  1 No prices marked anywhere, which means an annoying trip to the desk to ask for each item, and makes comparisons very difficult. There is really no excuse for not marking prices on product stands. You could have them on little chalkboards that can be wiped with a damp cloth and updated when necessary. Would take one person a few minutes every day.  2 No vertical panel saw, which means the cuts they make for you are not properly square. Unforgiveable. Vertical panel saws are not that expensive.

Good selection and pricing. I have always had great service and help for the staff here. They are more than happy to help you load and even cut some stuff to rough size. I will be back.

Friendly helpful staff. They had exactly what I needed.
