I buy all my timber for house and garden projects from the Bunker  as they always have what I need at the best price, but, mostly because they are straightforward and truthful. Finding a mob you can trust is gold.

I came here today with massive anxiety being a woman And out of my Comfort to get a few things for my husband. I walked in and met a young girl behind the counter with a big smile and she’s asked how she could help. I just showed her a text from my husband and off we went she helped me get everything that was needed and also helped carry it all out to my car. Thanks for making my trip Pleasant after all.  Really appreciate it.  Great costumer service means a lot.

Good product range, had what I required at a good price.

Some prices better than Bunnings, but also some problems. The problems are:  1 No prices marked anywhere, which means an annoying trip to the desk to ask for each item, and makes comparisons very difficult. There is really no excuse for not marking prices on product stands. You could have them on little chalkboards that can be wiped with a damp cloth and updated when necessary. Would take one person a few minutes every day.  2 No vertical panel saw, which means the cuts they make for you are not properly square. Unforgiveable. Vertical panel saws are not that expensive.

Love this place. Staff are always friendly and helpful and the prices are very competitive and sometimes even better then Bunnings. I do all my timber shopping with these guys. Buy local, love local. Thanks guys and keep up the good work

Good selection and pricing. I have always had great service and help for the staff here. They are more than happy to help you load and even cut some stuff to rough size. I will be back.

Awesome service and a great team to deal with. Small issue recently that was dealt with professionally and quickly. Highly recommend these guys for all timber needs. I will most certainly be back.

The staff are very well trained and they know exactly what products they carry. They also offered to find out if they can purchase anything that they don't usually have at their shed.

Poor service from the older lady working there, bordering on rude. Surprising lack of knowledge about plywood when they are supposedly specialists eg when asked what would minimum thickness be for a table her answer was "no idea" and then abrubtly to come get her when I know what I want. Hey customers are not an interruption to your day we are the purpose of your business! even those wanting small orders are important so treat them with respect!  I went to Bunnings instead and got a smaller size rather than having to buy the whole sheet. A basic customer service course would be in order.
