Great hotel and delicious food! Staff are awesome too!
Absolutely chuffed to see a vegan schniddy on a rural menu!! Unfortunately, a chicken one was delivered to me Staff were super apologetic and sorted the right meal and also provided a refund. Lovely garden out the back. Great place to come for lunch after Australia Zoo.
Honestly, some of the staff are great people and dont deserve a bad review. But the management and owner are just worthless. 25 dollars for a basic cocktail? Are we in birsbane or beerwah? Who are you kidding? And why does the pokie room smell like piss? Why are the walls crumbling? Could you spend the couple grand to have the carpet cleaned and the mould/broken walls dealt with, gazzard? Its on you, and only you. It's getting pathetic how greedy and unwilling you are to be a decent owner.nnPhoto is of the broken drywall scattered all over the pokie room, and the MOULD ON THE CHANGING STATION PARENTS PUT THEIR KIDS ON. Beware, and go elsewhere.nn-signed, a former staff member that couldn't handle the health hazard this venue is, and quit.
I believe that my steak would have been good if had been served warm and in less than an hour. They were clearly understaffed, but other tables that ordered after we did were served in slightly more reasonable times.n.
Despite it being a very busy night due to the live entertainment m, they fitted is in for dinner. Food was cooked to perfection and service was with a smile. Would 100% return if in the area.
