Fantastic Staff. Beatuiful meals and great prices. Breakfast menu absolutely beautiful, especially the Scrambled eggs. Dinner and occasional entertainment Friday nights. Best to book in for Dinner.

My experience at Vianta is not one I would wish to repeat.  The first disappointment was that there was no quiche ready for lunch at 11.30am.  I ordered a salad which arrived with rotting salad greens and 3 of the listed ingredients missing from my salad.  When I requested a dressing I was given straight balsamic vinegar  which made the salad very bitter. I then had to request some olive oil to go with it.
The slice of sourdough bread I requested with the salad was not sourdough but just white ordinary bread. 
All the wait staff did not speak English.  I kid you not!  English was spoken by 2 people only that being the manager and the lady who eventually gave me a refund for the salad because there had been so many things wrong with my meal.  I did not ask for the refund.

I have eaten at Vianta before when the quiche and salad were lovely.  I think in future I'll only go there for coffee.

It was one of the worst experiences I've had in a restaurant.

Great service...food and ambience! Love the access to books and lounge or table seating. Prices are so reasonable. Basic but enough menu choices.

Very Very poor service....we came for a wine and beer but the staff who could bearly speak english could not find the wine list and did not know any prices or even how to charge us .We had to ask for the table to be wiped  down due to the large amount of old food still left on it. When the drinks were brought out to us the waiter attempted to pour the beer but he had no idea how to do this properly so we ended up with a glass full of froth, he then put the bottle down and no apology was given, he just said "you can do it yourself" before leaving.
