*Apologies I posted on the wrong account, but below is still correct : Have scrolled down the page and noticed a number of negative reviews recently. Certainly not my experience. I got a metal blade attached to my line trimmer - not stock standard. Up to three staff members assisted, and the price including parts less than $40. Seriously good service, they went out of their way!

This is the review for The Big Mower Sculpture in and not the shop.  The Big Mower is on highway and to capture your picture, you have to park to The Big Mower shop and walk to the front.  It looks nice.

Ordered a couple items probably two months ago at least.  Chased them up after the first week and apparently hadn't been ordered but onto it and expect a call when they're in. Still waiting for that call and these items have even been paid for in full. I did try calling a couple Saturdays after that but all I got was a message saying I'm calling after hours. Couldn't be bothered it's a no from me.

Good professional service I've dealt there since 1994

I had to get a part replaced recently for my Ventrac. Big Mower are always super helpful, and Jake tried to replace on-site but decided easier back at workshop. Nevertheless he still turned the job around in one day and then dropped my Ventrac back early on a Saturday morning so I could get stuck into the mowing again over the weekend - really appreciated Jake's extra help doing this because the grass wasn't waiting for anyone.

*** Edit  Unfortunately due to there being no small engine mechanics around I had to again send my mower here... hoping after a few years they had changed .. they kept my mower for 2 months ! We had to follow up 4 times ! Staff incredibly rude ! Mower came back in worse condition than I sent it . Worst business I've ever come across ! Avoid at all costs ! ******  Had my ride on for 3 weeks for a job that was was supposed to take 1.5 weeks . I had to call 6 times to follow up on what was happening .  It was quite clear that they were exeptionally un organized and had forgotten about it .  All staff with the exception of Mal were rude and un helpful .  The lack of communication and customer service was surprising considering it was a $750 job !  I was then invoiced $200 more than was originally quoted  this was somewhat corrected by Mal  but overall will not return and definitely will never recomend  Will be going to Sunshine Coast Mowers from now on .

I needed a part for my trimmer, found the staff to be extremely rude and lack knowledge, plus they had no stock on the shelves, not a good sign. I won't set foot in there again.

I have tried the Big Mower on several.occasions and cant remember a time when they helped me. I continue to go because noone else stocks B&S locally. They are on the expensive side and you wait an age for service. Its worth the trip to brisbane.

Worst place ever dealt with! try to over charge everything
