Visited Bed Bath N' Table again after making numerous purchases of expensive and less expensive items at xmas and then new year when we were delighted with the service and willingness of staff to help us!!! "Back again " was the catch cry from staff. Today we were undecided about which of a number of artificial small plants would be suitable for a bed side table. I then politely asked if we could simply purchase three of them and take them home to compare, returning any unwanted items. The manager/owner, or someone who seemed to purport to be the manager curtly said she would prefer us to just make a decision and choose one item because they were "breakable". Yes.... i fully understood that a purchase could not be returned if any of the items broke, and yes items would be totally subject to our care and responsibility. I was gobsmacked that we were hindered from purchasing a handful of items totalling less than $100. Furthermore we felt treated with mistrust or disdain or both. And to think we could have simply purchased all the items in the first place without uttering a word of our intention and in turn returned any unwanted items "if undamaged" anyway.
This is my go to shop for unique, beautiful linen. Australian owned company with quality products.
This store has such a good atmosphere. The staff are also really friendly.
