Great bcf! Multi level with a huge amount of options. Click and collect bay out the front as well as a great range inside. Heaps of things on display also- makes it easier to see what you’re actually trying. Super helpful staff and really friendly. We’ve never had a bad experience here :
On the 2nd of January l phoned BCF Greenslopes and a lovely young lady put a product aside for me, unfortunately it was an incorrect product. I returned the product in the afternoon and was assisted by a beautiful lady named Tammy. I re-ordered the correct product successfully and have discovered today it has arrived in store.nPersonal availability, customer service is rare, special and so appreciated, by others and myself.nTammy, thank you so very much for having time to assist me, your customer service and yourself.
