Located on the top level of the shopping square entry next to the timezone and food area. Best parking area is the top level carpark entry behind the Coles express. Place is good and lots of space to play while waitingnThe best part is popcorn and drink. We watched teenage mutant ninja turtle. I expected their merchandise but had none. The movie was good and everything but one of my friends ordered a party pack. There was 13 people in total and the minimum for a party pack is 10. We clearly had more then 10 people and each ticket was 19 dollars yet we got a discount which lowered it to 14 dollars, which is the price of the regular non party tickets. This is outrageous as my friend order a party pack and we got no Icecream cake nor a designated spot for all the people like promised. She booked 1 week before hand and yet the staff was lazy and didnt set up the things for us. This was a horrible and frustrating experience as my friend got ripped off. There was also havoc from some kids in the theatre as staff was looking for them and couldn't keep everything controlled to the point the needed to ask for direction. I'm not coming back for a party or to watch a movie by myself or with a friend.
Movie was great. Experience was terrible. Firstly we got yelled at when entering the area to go into the cinema by the same girl who printed our tickets, asking us if we had tickets.nnWe had to put up a with large group on our left who didn’t stop talking the complete way through the movie and two boys on our right who talked until I shushed them. Add to that the girl in front of us on her phone so the light from the phone was annoying.nnWere are the Ushers that quite people or ask them to leave if they won’t shut up.nnIt’s an expensive exercise to go to the movies and to have to put up with people talking through the movie without being quietened is unacceptable.
had a very disappointing experience at BCC Cinemas Casuarina recently. A friend of mine, who works at Rydges Hotel, used his employee discount coupon to book movie tickets for a group of us. Unfortunately, he was called into work and couldn’t join us. We went to the cinema with the QR code he had sent, and when we arrived, the staff scanned the tickets and asked for ID. I showed my ID and explained the situation clearly.nnInstead of understanding, the staff member became quite rude and accused us of potentially scamming. I even offered to call my friend to clarify, but the staff refused and insisted he needed to be there in person. What made the situation worse was that he started threatening that our friend could lose his job over this. That kind of response was completely uncalled for.nnAs paying customers, we expected respectful communication, not intimidation or baseless accusations. This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. BCC Cinemas really needs to train their staff better on how to handle situations professionally and with basic respect.
Comfy seats. Good sound. Great staff. Cheap tickets. Can't complain
