I've had pizza 3 times, pick up, delivery and eat in. The quality of the pizza is great and the options on the menu are creative and cater for all. The staff are junior but overall the service was respectable. There are about 6 tables at the back of the restaurant in a dark themed but cosy eating area. I've enjoyed eating here and will continue to, as I expect the staff will mature. Ps I had no problem with delivery.

First time ordering from this place, they forgot part of the order & took twice the time they said to deliver. Shouldn't have bothered again, but I did. Big mistake...Order delivered late again (well over an hour when they said no mor than 30 minutes) - The excuse this time was a big order came in after my order. My response: "So what"? The garlic bread was awful; soggy, like it was a reheated microwave bread-stick straight from the Coles freezer section. Shoestring fries soggy and oily; the worst I've ever known - 6 bucks straight into the bin. There are many other local places to order from in Hampton. I'll be trying them in the future & strongly suggest anyone who reads this review does the same, as it would not be hard to do better than Bay Crust. Simply bad food. Don't waste your money.
