Very poor its now setup like a back shed for front of shop they don’t what you to be in shop to order they like QR code order ,, boxes and high walls blocking the counter stood to 5 or more miniate till they know I was there and spoke to me from the back room .no prices on menus $28 for second hand chips not many and doggy dimmies.cheaper and much better to dei e to Queenscliff for the same mix. Or better still buy from Ocean Grove. Never Never again  it was Saturday …be advised ..

Absolutely without a doubt, the best spring roll, potato cakes and chips I have ever eaten.nThis meal last evening restored my faith in Chip shops.nThank you so much.

We tried the whiting, battered prawns, S&P squid delish and potato cakes. Chips for 3 was plenty for our family of 2 adults and 4 kids - very generous. The online ordering was super efficient and our food was ready very promptly. I believe this is the only F&C in Barwon Heads now so lucky it's a great one! Keep up the good work!

This shop is obviously run by someone who has lost their passion for both the business and the customer. We paid $54 for what we would normally get at our local fish & chips for $36. 2 flake, chips, 4 calamari rings, 2 prawns and 2 drinks. Except for the calamari rings everything else was below par. We ended up throwing most of it away.

Waited about an hour to 1.5 hours for the foodnndon’t listen to whatever the store says there lying in these reviews saying that it was ready for my mate in 30 minutes but he left it there for 20 that’s a straight lie they called his name and it was hot like it just came out of the fryer at the 1 hour mark.nnWe ordered at 6:00-6:10. Got a text around 7, saying it will be ready in 15 minutes. After 7:15 we asked where it was they said it was being wrapped up now. We waited another 15 minutes. This was for my partners food which was a piece of flake and a sweet potato cake they gave free dim sims, unsure if this was intentional.nnMy food was just a flake, chips, scallops, took and 1 hour 10 minutes. After 50 minutes of waiting I asked where it was they said it’s being put in the fryer now.nnRun by a bunch of kids wouldn’t be over 20 quite a few 12-15 year olds. not 1 adult on site and every order feels like it’s cooked individually making us wait over an hour for fish and chips is ridiculous.nnComplete joke. fix the way you run this shop.
