Really efficient towing service. The overturned wreckage of my car was retrieved and towed from a remote section of the C142 near Steiglitz back to their site in Ballarat no more than 24 hours later. I also appreciated the care demonstrated by the towing team in the handling of my car given the many loose glass fragments on the windscreen, and ensuring all my belongings remained intact as is. During the flooded roads season my car became bogged, I was pregnant & very stressed. Tove & Brodie came to assist in getting me out, it was a quick easy job so no charge and they did the job quickly & made sure I was okay before leaving. Really lovely guysService:&nbsp;Car towing

My daughter had a car accident and her car was supposed to go to Northway. In the unfortunate misunderstanding it went to this company, who I specifically told not to use. When the appraiser called me and said her car was assessed as a write off and it was released to us, this company was hard to deal with. I spoke to the insurance company, who, by the way, the other guy was in the wrong and their insurance company was happy to cover, and they told me the car was released to be delivered to our residence. I called this company and was told that it hasn’t been released and they will need confirmation. Mind you, I had spoken to the other parties insurance company 10 minutes prior and told that it was ok to deliver to our residence. After being put on hold twice with a lot of shuffling on their behalf, I was told that it was ok to pick up the next day.  I organised with another reputable towing company to pick the car up. The reputable towing company, being Ballarat Towing Service, turned up to pick up my daughters car, only to be told that there was an outstanding storage fee! This is quite laughable. My daughter gets run into by an insured vehicle and they want my money when it’s fully covered. Anyway, car gets delivered today with no number plates and the driver tells me that this company told him that the insurance company, being RACV requested holding the plates. Straight on the phone to RACV and they have no idea why the plates were removed. Just decided to I suppose.  Lovely lady at RACV rings this company and has me on conference call but tells me not to say anything. She gets hung up on after queries. Go figure. End of the day, she organised to get my daughters plates back and we move on. If this was the only smash repairs in Ballarat, I would travel out of town. Do not use this company. Totally unprofessional and run by rogues who, it seems , care about money more than the individual.

An absolute pleasure to deal with. Had an accident and was on the scene in minutes. Great service. Ian towed my car for me and made the whole experience incredibly easy for me.
