The worst branch manager in a bank i have ever come across throughout Australia and New Zealand. No ethics, don’t know how to behave and giving misleading info as if customer has not read the product info offered by BoM. I was willing to give business to BoM, but never ever after meeting this branch manager. It’s not the organization that’s good or bad, it’s the staff that makes the experience worth while.

I wish google could help me with negative star demarcation. I will rate them on multiple scales.  1. Outlook- 4 well known brand under the umbrella of one of big 4. 2. Customer Service-  0 rude, overconfident and illinformed. 3. Financial products- 4 Really competitive. 4. Lending operations- 0 extremely outrageous & overly exaggerated. 5 Suitability- 3 Smart atms available and well set location.  Bottom line- Need to improve their customer service standards especially on lending side which is the key lifeline for a financial institution.

The address is wrong and you have wasted my time. Thankyou for closeing all the local branchs and making me drive to the middle of nowhere.

Yesterday was the 5th time over the last few months, I have been to get $1 coins from the change machine and come out empty. I have taken the effort to even tell you in person before. Looks like its to no avail. I might have to open a Commonwealth Bank account to use their change machine today.

Dont even know their own Address and if you call them you have to leave a msg and wait 4 hrs for a call back. BOM Customer services has been non existent since covid. The good branches have all closed and the ones that are left have no customer service!!!! Fix your google listing. You have Middys Electrical's address on there.
