I went in there to help my brother with his bank account and the staff behind the computers are SO rude and unhelpful, my brother once had to ask for the manager because they didn’t seem to answer any questions properly. I would NOT recommend this bank or branch in particular, I’ll be closing the account and opening one at NAB ASAP.

The most rudest Customer service have come across! I found every customer service at this place rude! They are VERY VERY! Unhelpful group of people I have come across! They do not finish with your enquiries and move on with next Customer! For a bank statement which was 3 pages and it took them less then a minute to print I had to wait 2 hours! 2 HOURS!!! Is that what you call Customer service!
