Most of the staff working here are good and polite. Some staff one or two specifically that I had to deal with were rude, annoying and didn’t have enough knowledge about things or didn’t want to bother to deal with customers.

Please avoid dealing with this bank altogether or atleast this branch at Dandinong Plaza. Hashita Bandara took me for wildride for my loan application for over 2 months. Always call me after 6pm coz during office hours they are busy getting loan applications approved where they get money stuffed in to look away . This system is broken.

Very bad customer service, they just talked together and laughed it's not polite.

Thanks for Madina for giving us a great service. Although, the bank needs more staff as well as a trainer to help others who might not have a lot of experience at the job or they are new.

I'm embarrassed as a customer of this bank to have to deal with this many incompetent people at this branch. Customer service, basic data entering and just overall professionalism are not just lacking but seem to have been absent for a long time. If you expect any of those things, I suggest you go to another branch.

Staff is so rude. They think people comes to the bank to beg for money and service,. They do not realise that they are paid to look after their families by servicing the people come to the bank.

Waste of giving one star. Rude behavior they don't have patience, I'm just wondering how they been to customer service, and working in banking sector. I better suggest you to go to another branch, instead of wasting once time.

I wish I could give no star rating!! I will change my bank provider simply because of the horrendous experiences I have had at the DANDENONG PLAZA branch! Management is very very poor. Change of manager is needed otherwise I will not be a returning customer. i have been scarred by ANZ simply because of this branch and my experiences
