My wife and I have been customers of Bendigobank for around 15 years. We are very happy with their customer service, far superior to any of the big banks. The staff are friendly and helpful, and I have never had to wait in a queue for more than 5 minutes or so

I recently became a Bendigo customer and created 2 brand new accounts - since then they've been more helpful than any other financial institution I've been a customer of. I got my MasterCard debit card and a savings account too, no fees or charges, and as far as I am concerned they're the best banking institution EVER.
