Substandard service, disinterested and scruffy looking staff. There seems to be no organisation of staff and lack of leadership. Food was dry and coffee was burnt. Would not recommend to my friends, but would recommend more training for staff!! Score of 1 star is generous.

Nice stop for coffee, I go there most mornings and their fresh bakery foods are delicious, the coffee's not bad, and it's a nice environment. Only improvement would be if the employees would care about names :)

Good service with friendly staff. Food is good but not the cheapest. Dining area is usually pretty clean.
