I found the manager Teresa, And a male to be very unprofessional as I witnessed a meeting taking place in the food court With a young Red Headed Lady staff member clearly very upset. I have been served by this lovely young Lady many times and found her very polite. This is not a very good look for any manager to conduct in public very disappointing. I don't support a buisness if this is how they treat young people willing to work.
Product is great, however staff seem to have an inability to read a diary when you place an order. Twice it has happened. Driving 20ks to get my order to be told by some vacuous teenager "oh sorry seems someone has not put it away".
Very good bread and lovely staff. We love this place.
I love the Cape seed bread at Bakers Delight. It's kept you full longer.
