Wonderful service and a good job done. There was a slight comment about my lip hair that was kinda unnecessary (I wasn't getting my lip waxed but I guess it is business) and the wax was quite hot but not to the point of burning me. However my wax was very well done and the staff were very friendly. Prices are very very good! Would recommend.

I've been coming to see Ada now for six months after recommendation from a girlfriend. The salon is close to home, clean and friendly. Ada does a quick, easy and pain free wax and I'm always very happy with the result. Would highly recommend as her prices are wonderful too 😊😊

I recently bought a manicure and pedicure through a voucher website. I don't expect much for these deals, you get what you pay for. However these people didn't even reach my low expectations. I have tried for 6 weeks to get an appointment without success. The phone normally rings out and when I did get an answer, I left my number twice without getting called back. THe next appointment time is in mid January. If they couldn't handle the number of vouchers sold, they shouldn't have sold so many. Very rude people too. I would rather throw my vouchers in the bin than use them.

When I went into the shop, the shop staff looked bored and the atmosphere of the shop was just like local salon, nothing posh or luxurious. I went into the facial room and saw the all products used on table was all cheap stuff you can buy from the supermarkets. Besides, toward the end of the treatment, the therapist's phone rang and surprisingly she took the phone. She applied the cream so rough on my face and finished the treatment to make a call-back. My overall experience was terrible and will never come back.
