Needed my hair done for a wedding while in Aus - fantastic job for both myself and my husband, for a very reasonable price. Appreciated the appointment in the afternoon of the big day and friendly welcome we got at the salon.

To put it short: PERFECTION.
The lengthier version? Coming from Europe, my experience with hairdressers in Australia has been more than disappointing over the years. I have a lot of hair, it's thick and it's very long - hairdressers here love overcharging me for that reason. I did not trust anyone to cut my ends properly or even to put in highlights, which I usually love getting back home. 
Sascha today made up for all those bad experiences. I came to just have my ends trimmed because they really needed it - Hip Hair was the closest salon to my house so that's why I chose it. 
But what followed were two hours of lovely conversation, and an experience that had me feeling 100% looked after at all times. She didn't convince me to get anything else other than trimming done at any point, but while casually talking to her about hair colours and how it's hard to get them right, I got enticed to trust her with colouring. Their special for 99$ is worth every cent - I got my hair washed, half head of foils with highlights and she even put in a pink toner to make it look nicer (which I had never tried before but it worked wonders!). She put in various treatments and she blowwaved it beautifully - all of this at no extra costs. I had a coffee, I got to read magazines, I felt like I could trust her with her judgments and that trust paid off. Leaving this place, I felt like one of those celebrities in the magazines I had read before.
I feel very confident about my hair usually but it's never looked as beautiful as it did today. 
If you want to treat yourself without hurting your wallet - GO HERE, they won't let you down.

No one ever gets my hair quite right except for hip hair! She took what was in my head and put it on my head. I LOVE my hair so much even weeks after. One of the best haircuts I've ever had and I'll definitely keep going here!
