I love this place. I get exactly what I want every time I go. My hair has been done by multiple people in this salon and they are all highly skilled. If you want great customer service and a great cut and/or colour, I suggest you book an appointment with Arte & Frank.

I asked for standard haircut with a little bit of challenge thinking hairdresser knows better than me. Idea of haircut was not to blow my hairs every day. Result is horrible. Only one solution is to blow it every day or cut it short. Do not recommend go there for haircut.

If you are use to the awfully low level of Melbournian hairdressers and you already gave up long time ago on getting a decent haircut spending a decent amount of money in this city then this is the perfect place for you.. But if you don't dislike the idea to get a fair haircut, talking with someone that listen to your requests, that is a professional, has an idea about whats doing, has a sense of symmetry when cuts someone hairs and can communicate with clients not just when asks you a good amount of money at the counter, then let me give you one simple advise: NEXT ONE!
