Have been coming to this bakery for many years now and today was absolutely disgusted when I was refused service because I was on the phone (I had asked my caller to hold whilst I was being served) yet the cashier refused to serve me whilst I was holding my phone. She then proceeded to tell me how very rude I was. I am sorry but the last time I checked I was paying $5 for a loaf of bread, not you paying me to be a customer. I will never return to this store.

Always enjoy visit to Bakers Delight Wendouree - management and staff are helpful / friendly and support local sport. Apricot Delight Rolls / Cheese And Herb Scrolls and Apple And Custard Scrolls are delicious - write it down today to visit this store and try these !
