Needs fish and chips shop and shelter on play equipment. Other than that pretty good

Handy location for the kids, there is also a free  barbecue, slides, see-saw, swings and public toilet, close to cafes so you can enjoy a hot drink and read a book when the kids are playing, lots of parking spots close to the park because there is a local shopping close by, the play ground should be bigger because the reserve is large, accessible for a wheelchair with a wheelchair parking spaces as well.

Features include: decent playground, cricket pitch, trees, bbq, a community hall, convenient shops and train station. The robo-toilet tortures its visitors with a nasty rendition of Burt Bacharach muzak and always has piss on the seat, with no toilet paper to mop it up.
