The whole area is awesome The rubbish control here must be pretty good because there was not much of it. Most likely the caretakers are picking it up. It could also be the park users respecting it some and not treating the place like a bin.nnThere's are blue milk crate in the water near the outdoor gym area which probably should be removed. I wasn'y game to go wading it there myself with all of the submerged tree branches in the water. The birds love these submerged branches!nnAlso put bins down by the river on the lower walkway, the walkway down the stairs. The stairs I'm talking about are in my photo. Might help.nSome people have put their empty drink containers about the place down there.nnSo may birds. Impressive.
There are many people gathering, playing games and sports, picnicking, having BBQ, jogging, cycling, sunbathing and sleeping in the reserve today, Saturday. The swans, seagulls, ducks, chick-like water birds and other birds along the creek are attracted to the smoke, smell and the food. So, there are a lot of flies. Insect repellent is necessary.nnDon’t feed the wildlife or leave food or drinks unattended.nnThe clouds are pleasant today.
Great walk around the lake, a decent playground and lots more for kids to explore....love this place everytime we visit
Pretty nice park with playgrounds, swans, bbqs, public toilets and lots of open space. Even a bit spooky on a misty morning!
So many birds. Saw baby black swans and rapid-riding ducks .nnGreat walking paths, kids playground and very clean park for families to enjoy a picnic under the huge rain trees.nnA great place to walk, reflect and relax.
