The banana bread is so yummy! Thanks to the new team at the cafe. The lady manning the cafe is very friendly and pleasant. Excellent service - she took the initiative to grill the banana bread and add a bit of butter on top. It’s heavenly yummy! The layout of the cafe is also revamped to be more cozy and organised! Really enjoy my morning snack at the cafe, thank you.
Friendliest young team of staff. Today was my first visit and I lost my phone - EVERYONE on the team was helping to find it. And genuinely concerned for me. It was found I couldn’t have done it without them. Special shout out to Olivia for her great idea of calling my husband to get him to ding the find my phone app from my iPad at home. Centre was also great - fab gym with a separate warm up room - all the equipment I needed then in for a steam and a spa. Clean, welcoming and the best Saturday morning I’ve had in a long time - despite the phone saga. Well done to each and everyone on the team this morning. I’ll be back
Since the change in provider at the centre, it has significantly dropped. The staff are great but there is an inherent lack of support and training for them which is evident.nAppreciate that transitions take time and people typically don’t like change but Merri beks move to change providers has not been a thought out approach.nThe cafe was brilliant and for us who knew him actually was great but the new Saturday morning staff are googling how to make coffees
Today, my daughter had her swimming lesson in the Periwinkle group, and the class sizes felt very poorly balanced. Our session in the small pool was packed with 7 children plus their parents, making it incredibly crowded, while a nearby lesson in the larger pool had only 4 parents and babies.Beyond the crowding, the administration and communication at this centre are very frustrating because they do not inform parents when lessons are cancelled, leaving us with no email or text notifications beforehand. Furthermore, they refuse to refund your money if your child is sick and cannot attend. Instead of a refund, they only offer a makeup lesson, but because you must maintain your regular ongoing subscription, it is nearly impossible to actually find the time to use these extra makeup tokens. Paying for a cramped learning environment while dealing with poor communication and unfair booking policies is highly disappointing, and management needs to seriously improve their customer service and class organisation.
Terrible experience!!nnThe pool was filthy, I couldn’t see more than 10 meters in front of me under water because of how cloudy the water was.nI tried to express my concerns to staff, the initial staff members were great and then management ruined it from there, they were dismissive and disrespectful.
