I had to book a trip on a saturday for the next incoming 10 days and Claudia was the one that helped me to get it through. She did like 3 hours of overtime to help me out and I am really thankful for that. Can't imagine about a better service, so if you want to book a trip/tour go there and you get the best, most personal and specific help as possible.

The best choice to organise your trip! The staff are very helpful and reliable. I recently organised a trip to visit New Zealand  with the agency in Brisbane , and Claudia Portela helped with every detail, it couldn't be more perfect! I strongly recommend this place!
