Flight Centre Kenmore

We went into the Kenmore branch to make changes to a flight booked through the website online. From the moment the staff member Samantha realised it was an online purchase she was blunt and extremely unhelpful without offering assistance to help our situation other than calling flight centre. I felt the urgency for them to get rid of us due to how unprofessional her customer service skills were. The online customer service call centre are also just as unhelpful and untrained. We are still waiting for a simple solution after hours of calls.

Walked into store to book flights without even asking for detail been turned around to book appointment then comeback. Was very unwelcoming. Seriously you have client come to you to book and turned away without even listening. Asked to email the query. My question is if you are already started providing this level service how it will be later once we the tickets. Cant believe it

I spoke with another Flight Centre and they said what i wanted wasn't possible and hung up on me but then I called Ewan at the Kenmore store and he sorted it for me in no time.

Ewan was super helpful in getting my flights changed!

Roberta was friendly and efficent, when my flight was cancelled and Virgin booked me on an unacceptable late flight and Virgin were not answering a phone I phone Flight Centre call centre who answered promptly and sorted it out. Roberta contacted me when she came in to work to see everything was sprted out.

Staff were friendly, helpful and informative about my travel options.
