My husband and I had the hassle free experience of booking a Scenic Cruise to Myanmar followed by flights to Canada. Laurice and the team at Kenmore Helloworld have provided myself and my family with half a dozen magical holiday experiences! The latest being our trip to Tasmania. However, it has included trips to Turkey, Spain, Ireland, the UK and the USA and several trips within Australia. People ask ‘why use a travel agent?’. It’s for the complete experience, the expert knowledge, the amazing accommodation and optimisation of time, the peace of mind and for the back up should something go wrong . As busy professionals the research is done for us. We give the team our budget and then like magic the perfect holiday! Laurice takes all the stress out of holidays and injects all the wonder! We recently booked travel to Europe and UK. Everything went to plan exactly as Samantha booked While we were in UK, there was advice that there was to be a BA pilots strike on the day we were booked to leave. The first we knew of this was when Sam e mailed details of the alternate bookings she had made on our behalf ,which we greatly appreciate. With service like this, why go anywhere else? A simple booking from A - B and return and the Itinerary has incorrect arrival times to the airport out by 12 hours on the outbound and return journeys. Attention to detail needs to be much better. The person who worked there when we booked is no longer there and questions to the staff member about seat allocation were answered in a vague manner. Sorry we booked through them. All our other flights have been done online direct with the carrier. A lesson for us.
