My experience with Hello World Travel Kenmore has been in a word excellent. The team are always helpful , informative and are there to set you on your journey in the most cost friendly way without taking anything away from your comfort safety and security. My journey in 2019 across RUSSIA was a great experience with everything lined up and on my return home the debrief with the team led me to utilize them on subsequent journeys . Thank you Michael and Samantha.
Having used competitive travel companies in the past, we found Helloworld a dream to deal with. Travel agent Michael Swift was excellent with the planning and coordination of our month long family trip to the States. We highly recommend Michael and wouldn't hesitate to utilise his knowledge and experience again, when planning our future holidays.
Initial contact with Michael, in person, was very good and fruitful. Helloworld have helped with travel arrangements in the past and all have been successful, someone you can trust.
My husband and I had the hassle free experience of booking a Scenic Cruise to Myanmar followed by flights to Canada. Michael arranged the hotels, visa, transportation and gave us some activity suggestions. He always appeared patient when we were attempting to make up our minds. We appreciated his wealth of experience being an avid traveler himself.

Laurice and the team at Kenmore Helloworld have provided myself and my family with half a dozen magical holiday experiences! The latest being our trip to Tasmania. However, it has included trips to Turkey, Spain, Ireland, the UK and the USA and several trips within Australia. People ask ‘why use a travel agent?’. It’s for the complete experience, the expert knowledge, the amazing accommodation and optimisation of time, the peace of mind and for the back up should something go wrong . As busy professionals the research is done for us. We give the team our budget and then like magic the perfect holiday! Laurice takes all the stress out of holidays and injects all the wonder! Her meticulous detail and care in planning and communication makes every interaction easy. Thanks once again Laurice and team. We will never travel without you! I highly recommend this team!! We recently booked travel to Europe and UK. Everything went to plan exactly as Samantha booked While we were in UK, there was advice that there was to be a BA pilots strike on the day we were booked to leave. The first we knew of this was when Sam e mailed details of the alternate bookings she had made on our behalf ,which we greatly appreciate. With service like this, why go anywhere else? A simple booking from A - B and return and the Itinerary has incorrect arrival times to the airport out by 12 hours on the outbound and return journeys. Attention to detail needs to be much better. The person who worked there when we booked is no longer there and questions to the staff member about seat allocation were answered in a vague manner. Sorry we booked through them. All our other flights have been done online direct with the carrier. A lesson for us.
