Schmick vehicles, friendly and informative staff. Would highly recommend this place.

Two big issues:   1) they charge a 150% markup from Dec. 18th to Jan 6th.
2)  The car I reserved was not in stock when I arrived because they rented it to someone else.  They didn't offer to collect one from another location or any discount.

They said that the reservation process doesn't guarantee the car is on hand... what is the point of reserving through Avis if it doesn't matter.
