Been coming up here for over half a decade and the Port Hedland AVIS team have always done a great job! Left items behind by accident and they have either safely kept them aside for me if I request or actually send it back to my Perth address if I need to! Amazing customer service, great team, easily five stars!

The phone customer service is non-existent. If you call AVIS, you will be transferred to a village in the middle of no where in Philippines based on the accent. You can barely hear the other person on the other end talk. All I could hear was chickens clucking non-stop in the background and line cutting in and out. In the end the line got cut off before I could even make any progress.
Staff here are always friendly and the cars are well presented.
As always it takes 20 mins to pick up a car. No details saved from last time, IT systems that are 20 years old, tons of manual entry. You’d think you’re trying to buy a house and not just rent a car for the day
