Purchased a lemon from these guys which broke down during the statutory warranty phase. They acted suspicious and made us pay for it to be towed to a mechanic. They eventually towed it to their mechanic where it took days for the problem to be diagnosed and they kept hedging on whether they would fulfill their warranty requirements. Parts have not turned up when we were advised so wait time has been extended. Forced to hire a car for a month and out of pocket over $1000. Never been ripped off this much in my life. Please avoid this dealer like the plague.

Also I notice one of these five star reviews belongs to one of the salespeople from the dealer who sold us the car. So deceptive.

These are good guys. Real decent prices without requiring the bs haggling. My mini got this fuel smell within the statutory warranty period and autosports paid for the repairs even when it was hard to find the fault and took a couple trips to the mechanic to sort out. Any car seller can be good to you when selling a car, but you don't see how good they really are until you have an issue. Happy to say these guys did the right thing.

We recently purchased a vehicle from Autosports Brisbane and the customer service we received was exceptional. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a quality vehicle at a great price.

Great service initially. However, a serious defect manifested itself within days. The dealership is refusing to honour the warranty despite advice from the Office of Fair Trading that they should. The dispute is now with the Office of Fair Trading. Autosports have not shown any desire to honour their obligations or attempt to resolve the dispute.
