I took my car into Autobahn for some advice on a problem I had & was worried it would be a major fix. Johnny & the team were awesome! Helpful & friendly service. They assisted with the minor fix straight away. Honest & trustworthy team. I will be taking my car in for a service here in the near future.
Went to this place for the first time. Was very pleased with the behaviour and professionalism of this franchise. Manager Johnnie was extremely helpful. Fixed something for me for free. I’d topped up my oil for the first time. On my journey a symbol came up on the dash, I checked the symbol on google and it said to get it checked urgently!! I was so worried I’d poured the oil in the wrong place! I called autoBahn canning vale, they told me to bring the car in straight away and they would check it. I was stressed to the max!! When I got there they pulled the car in and checked it. I hadn’t replaced the oil cap fully and it was spitting out on the engine! They cleaned it up, sorted the oil and reset the car computer. To say I was relieved would be an understatement. A massive thanks for the excellent customer service, kind, efficient, professional team and great communication! Highly recommend

Pulled into Autobahn Canning Vale on my way home, 20mins before they closed for the day with a engine light check. They were great fitting me in at the last mintute and check and cleared the code. They took the time to make sure everything was ok with my car. Couldnt believe it!!! As a just before closing check. I left feeling reassured that my car was safe. The guys were super great. Highly recommend!

I had my brakes booked in Saturday, and on Wednesday on my way home from work had them fully fail. I called Jonny who said bring it in for Thursday and they would have a look at them. Turns out it was a rather large problem and the boys managed to push my car through and fix everything within 2 days, getting my car back to me for the weekend. Had great customer service and communication when finding additional errors before commencing work even when I was at work and couldn’t grab the calls! I appreciate the help greatly and will be back!Service: Brakes

Sent my car to install couple things but they damaged my car lock and has not replace a new one for me! Have been waited for their call since Dec 2017 and they have not contact me yet! Have been to their shop twice and they said will contact me but i didnt receive any calls from them!
