It was such a breathe if fresh air taking my car in for an air conditioning service and just being filled with confidence from drop off to pick up. The video review is an excellent idea and was really professionally done. The branch staff are professional and update us on the vehicle condition during inspection. If an item needs replacing or fixing that day, it is done. If not urgent, it is listed as a watch and act for next time. Very happy with this approach!
