Was a big fan of the place for years until after a big job was completed I was driving along and my tail shaft fell out at 40kph. Bolts were not tightened. And I have found out after the last service, the wrong sump plug was used and has crossed the thread. Location is great though. I don't need to get in contact with them over this as this was all documented and the tailshaft issue was rectified.

Brilliant service. From the moment I spoke to them on the phone they were helpful, professional and very attentive. They organised a ride to and from drop off/pick up and upon returning to the branch I was extremely happy with the level of service in explaining what was done with my car. I even lost my garage remote in the Uber and they happily took charge in following it up and trying to locate it and kept me in the loop through the day. I received a courtesy call to chat about what needed doing and they were very honest in their approach. Then to get into a clean, fresh car just topped off the experience. Thankyou for your service, not only will I be back, I have and will continue to recommend this branch for its high level of service throughout the entire experience. A very happy customer!
