Being as I was told when a company went into insolvency that I worked for and being that I had over four years of unpaid superannuation telling the ato that you are not getting superannuation before a company go's insolvent is aparantliy nothing to do with them or in my experience they then drag you on for over a year to then state to you o we are sorry as the company Whare working for is split into different parts it has less than 15 employees and dose not have to pay that o and why we are at it you know that little thing the government superannuation guarantee well we won't be paying that we garentee nothing Evan if you inform us before the fact of insolvency. Ps I could of used that money as the government has also made me homeless. I as so see ther is a royal commission into banking that's nice I remember a thing called a dollarmite account when you Whare at school I placed $50 every week for over 6 years from 1990 to 1996 the comenwelth tells me we don't keep records if there has not been a deposit in the last seven years And that it go's to the government after that So 13 years of compounded interest then held by the government it's little wonder you have money to build your lavish cort house and to have a an employee of the department of human services direct the police to lock me up seems you love to take my money and won't work but will not grace me with a drivers license no matter what test I do and your corts imposes fines to stop that how about you give me 4 years of unpaid superannuation 13 years of compounded interest on that money back date your so called cort fine before it went to state debit recovery and I will call it a day.
