This place does not help customer. They are not friendly and make difficulties for me when my wife come to get Learner driver's license. The check list and policy said that if we do not have enough evidence of current living address, we can seek assistance but they said "If you do not have enough evidence why you come here". My wife had to visit for 3 times and treated like this way. I am not happy with the service here compare to Dickson Shop Front which is currently closed for upgrading.

Staff were really helpful contrary to some of the reviews. Limited lines and nice facilities.

They don’t turn off their phones during periods they are not working, so you sit on hold for an hour wondering why no one is answering and then you realise they’re closed but their phones still ring. Ridiculous.

In the library, no signs, not where Google maps shows it. Only does drivers licence no other tasks, so a complete waste of time.

The Access Canberra call center wait times are ridiculous I have currently been on hold for 28 mins. I called yesterday and gave up at 27 mins. This is the type of inquiry i cant deal with online.
