Another Government dept that has all day to do nothing, not even allowed to know the of the person i'm going to be put through, so what happens if they cut me off. I have to start all over again?......how can these depts be allow to continue in such a unhelpful manner!  
Now we are at 15 minutes and the operate telling me no one is available to answer the phone....so ring back. I have to start all over again, still not allowed to know who to ask for.....so back to step 1
Who's in charge, she cant even tell me that, i cant even make a complaint! OMG another waste of tax payers money.
Heading for 25 minute while she still trying to find out who's in charge......and now put through to another switch board operator.
