Well where do I start. Firstly the Salesman did not make sure that things he’s promised were delivered on installation. The measure when he attended and advised me that they do not do what the salesman had promised us he would have done if needed. Finally the installation was rushed and rough as. When we told him what the salesman had advised us we may need, he then advised that they don’t do concreting. The company was suppose to call is in regards to the issues we had, we never signed off then the completion of the job, nobody called us and they took their payment. We are now reinstalling them ourselves and will definitely not recommend them to anybody. Very, very disappointed. Oh and they left all their rubbish behind without evening telling us.

Very unprofessional company - stay away. After the first appointment was rescheduled, Patrick came to my property to discuss blinds. After nearly two hours of discussion, measurements etc I agreed to proceed with an order and paid a deposit. I was advised that a check measure visit would be scheduled later that week and things would be underway quickly for installation within 6 weeks. On the appointment day I waited, and waited but no-one came. I finally called the office only to be advised that the measure visit had been postponed and that they would reschedule. No further communication has been received from them. I've called the rep and the office who both promised to investigate and call me back. Still no-one has called. After about 4 weeks now I called the rep again today and he said "didn't they tell you?..... we can't deliver the order as promised". I understand that things don't always go smoothly in business so the delay whilst unfortunate is sort of understandable. But I cannot tolerate the total unprofessionalism of this company - with poor business processes and non-existent communication. I've read the reviews and it looks like I am not the only person who's commissioned work only to find they cannot deliver. Do not risk you money with this company. If the owner would like to contact me to discuss this debacle I'd appreciate the call.

👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 Stay clear of AOL unless you want to waste your time and money. Their staff are the most incompetent people ever. From lack of communication , to showing up without prior notices, to skipping appointments they've done it all and the highlight is that they are very cool and unapologetic about it. Special mention about the sales person-Aditya. He pressured us into signing the contract on the day and that was the last we heard from him. Terrible attitude as he never responded to any of our calls or msgs. Took us more the 2 months to get the job done and on the day we had to shell out extra $$ to get some frame done for the grass to go against which was neither mentioned to us during the initial measure not the check measure. The 2 stars are for the person who came out to do our turf and completed the job satisfactorily. Ive taken this platform to address my issue as all my complaints to them have never been addressed.

Very happy with our blind purchase. customer service from head office in Campbellfield was fantastic. thank you so much Neray! UPDATE! It has been 7 months (Mar 2017) since we had our bistro blinds were installed and i must say it has been the best purchase i have ever made. AOL also provided us with custom made wind shields to cover the gaps between our bistro blinds. They have kept out the cold this winter and we have been able to use the pergola all during the freezing winter months with the help of our outdoor heaters of course. The larger blind which hangs over the pool is 4.8 metres wide and has been able to handle the wind very easily. It has been the best investment ever!

STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! Not a happy customer at all. Their sales staff is very dodgy and will never give you the right information. They will give you false information just to get your business, specially Aditya Ibrahim. I will be seeing these people in court for wasting my time, not honoring their contract and repeatedly giving false information, just to get the sale out of it. Please stay away! Don't waste your time!
