My  mother purchased a cot online off these guys and when we recieved it and started to put it together we realised we had 2 of the same cot end. My mother contacted them via email with a photo of the 2 ends and asked them to send the opposite end of the photo sent. They couldnt manage to do that. They sent the same end of what we already had not once but twice. I cannot believe or understand the amout imcompentance shown on their behalf. How hard is it to look at the photo and send the opposite side. We also gave them the number of piece required. Something simple to resolve has become nothing but an utter circus.
