Comparatively small outlet with limited staff, so it gets crowded around school opening day. Nice and friendly staff members. They give out 20 minutes appointment slots to effectively manage customers. No public toilets in the store.

The items most needed for the uniform were not available, hat and sports shorts.nThere is less staff for support and one has to navigate by oneself to check size and look for proper items,nThe staff was supportive but with items out of stock they could not help either.nOverall you will be on your own mostly, to buy whatever is required, and if you are lucky, and the items are in stock then its all good otherwise just average experience.

Went there  PWS Cambefield  last Thursday May 16 th in the afternoon with my son, we’re buying the school jacket. After finding the right size for my son, i asked for a new one inside as the sample one on the rack has been used as a sample size. This lady in checkout with unpleasant attitude saying” whats wrong with that one”.nI replied” thats been used so many time, i want the new one if u have one. I was so surprised to see how a customer gets treated in PWS store. Mind u school jacket is not cheap, why can’t i get the new one. Would that be much a problem??

Excellent customer service, I went last Saturday, very busy place but the team is very helpful
