The people in this place don’t even know how to speak English. They gave me the article I’d as the tracking number for a case I filed for to get a refund. This resulted in me losing the case as the tracking was invalid. How can anyone in their right mind allow people to open a post office and deal with shipping expensive goods if they don’t even know how to speak English and don’t even get me started on how poor their customer services are.

I received a card left in my home as I was out of the country. As soon as i got it, i called this LPO and the lady on the phone said that the letters were with them. I left the office early today so I can catch the limited open hours of this LPO. When it was my turn, i gave the staff named TANG my card so she can look for my parcel. After 5 minutes of looking, she couldn't find it. She asked me to leave my number so she can give me a call when she finds it. So I wrote my number on a piece of unorganized paper expecting a call ehich she said could take days. I also felt that she threw my card back at me and unapologetically saying sorry. What if it's an important letter, i kept asking. Anyway such a disorganized LPO this is. I was actually reading the reviews of this PO before heading there and I couldn't believe I am writing a bad review myself.

Can never find my packages when I go to collect them, so they get me to my name and number on a random piece of paper. Very unorganised and very bad service!

The worst post office ever second time I have had to deal with them and always losing my package it’s messy unorganised! they sent me Home telling me that they will try and look for it! And I have not had Call back I will be filing a complaint with the Australian post office head office on Monday something needs to be done you can’t run a incompetent business and losing customers packages that are valuable and spent money on! Customer service here also sucks!!! Rude!!
