I don't know about the other reviews but they treated me with respect and kindness- waiting upwards of an hour for me too take care of my passport while i ran around getting the stuff i forgot to do. Helping me with my photos when they were taken incorrectly by another business free of charge and keeping a positive energy to ensure that I wasn’t stressing or freaking out during the dilemmas. Overall great customer service
Condescending treatment by staff because I went to collect a parcel on the day my 'missed delivery' card said it would be available. Apparently, I can't expect the driver to come in to drop off parcels every time someone isn't home. Fair enough, except I WAS home, and the supposed attempted delivery was the day before. My time sensitive item, which was sent express post, actually took almost 24 hours to get to the post office for collection, and somehow its become ok to sneer at customers who follow instructions on the card

Asking me about my name original name and english name in a quite rude way, even i explained and showed her the order comfirmation an track information with my residential address and my english name on it.
My experience dealing with a staff member at the counter possibly the Manager was very disappointing to say the least. He was extremely condescending and showed absolutely no empathy towards my situation which was initially caused due to their incompetence. I would prefer to travel a longer distance in order to bypass this post office outlet in future.
I purchased a very expensive ring for my wife for our 40th wedding anniversary, the jewellery sent it by post which I wasn’t happy with the offered free delivery and then I found out it was just standard post parcel. I found out It was to be delivered to my home with no signature required, so I diverted it to my parcel locker. So Austpost in there wisdom decided to deliver it and just leave it sitting so anyone could just grab it, that is what is happening around my area, that’s why I have a parcel locker……. austpost at the moment very bad
The worst post office to deal with. The people look like they don't want to be there, but worse act that way. This based on numerous visits. Customer services is non existent. They need to learn to manage people in the queue and communicate. I waited in a line of 8 people only to be moved to the side as my i.d check was deemed to lengthy a transaction which would hold up the queue. I then watched 17 people get served before me before I got my turn for my transaction to only take 3 minutes. Worst post office.
I came here just to buy an envelope and post a letter and I was treated politely by the elderly gentleman who served me. However, I noticed that a customer of African origin who was there to get a photo taken for his Australian passport didn't seem to be treated with care and respect by the young staff member of East Asian appearance who served him. This young staff member should have more training on how to treat customers with respect and gentleness. Staff members at Australia Post need to treat customers with respect especially when a customer is trying to do something for the first time and genuinely needs gentle help and support.
The staff need more training , I went 15 minutes early of my appointment time to take my passport size photo and to launch my new passport application . They asked me to stay on the corner and serving all other people, I asked why , the answer is "your early to your appointment". I said I don't want to be late. But they are not in a position to listen . Disgusting behaviour by the staff.
