I'd like to express my gratitude to Lisa for her exceptional assistance this afternoon. Her enthusiasm and helpfulness were truly appreciated, and her patience was remarkable, especially when I was struggling with the online process. Great job, Lisa! Keep up the fantastic work!
I would rate this place in negative. I had to take my 6 weeks old for passport and this one particular staff member made us wait in line 4 times even though she mentioned we do not have to wait in line. It took us 2 hours from start to finish. Rest of the staff members were nice. Would not recommend this to anyone.
Way too busy today with 2 staff. I kid you not, customers were lined up outside the store, waiting in the shopping centre corridor.nI was told this happens often, with some thinking they will come back when it’s quieter only to find it’s worse. I had to renew my licence which needed a photo taken as well, so I hung in there waiting for 30 mins at a guess.nI was also told that it has been worse since they took away the self serve..nWhy is this happening please?
I was afters a proof of age card. After being told in pakenham that I needed to go to cranbourne I did. Got there and the lady with the blonde hair siad they had none forms . I asked if they could just print more as the next closet place was dandenong and she just repeated the same sence at me that they had none. Offered no apology and no remedy. I don't understand how your the only post office that does for miles yet you have non of the actual resources. If you have the means just go to dandenog. Do better!
Australia Post Cranbourne provides essential services for the local community, but unfortunately the overall experience is often let down by ongoing operational issues. The biggest concern is that the branch appears to be consistently understaffed. During peak times, there are simply not enough staff members serving customers, which results in very long wait times and crowded queues. Even for simple transactions, customers can find themselves waiting far longer than expected.nThe store layout also contributes to the problem. The design feels poorly planned for the volume of customers this branch receives, with limited space to manage lines efficiently. When queues build up, the store quickly becomes congested, making the experience stressful rather than convenient. Clearer queue management and a more customer-friendly layout would make a noticeable difference.nThat said, the staff who are working are generally polite and do their best under challenging circumstances. It’s clear they are trying to manage a high workload with limited resources. With additional staffing and improvements to the store layout, this branch could significantly improve customer flow and overall satisfaction. At present, however, long waits and congestion are an ongoing issue that Australia Post really needs to address.
