5 star dedicated to Judy - I came in to renew my passport without knowing that I had to make an appointment on Saturday due to busy foot traffic understandably so. Without any hesitation, Judy assisted me with the process, informed me that I needed to reprint the form and proceeded to process my application after I came back the reprinted form just before their closing time. She went above and beyond regardless of anyone else’s opinions, putting customers needs first. Sometimes a small kind gesture goes a long way. This lady deserves a pay rise for uplifting the standard.
Very busy location but staff were quick and efficient and quite friendly. I think they do a fantastic job especially considering how many people they have to serve on a daily basis.nnThe wait time can be bad on weekends due to the sheer volume of people so make sure to get here as early as possible.
Never had a pleasant experience here . Customer service is appalling compared to surrounding Australia post offices . I only come here if I really need to. Also frustrating that I placed a parcel into the drop off boxes inside the store and the parcel doesn’t get scanned in for over 24 hours . I may as well drop it in a red box outside .
Just to piggyback off that last review from my wife, I don't know who this Mani person was pretending to talk to on the phone when she was apparently told that the application cannot be processed via priority. But it certainly couldn't have been the Passport office, as we called the passport office back 5min after being told to leave the store. The person my wife spoke to was in utter disbelief that such an excuse was given to us in order not to process the application via priority, he was sympathetic to our situation and booked us in for an appointment the very next day.. to make this matter worse we then went to Thompson's parkway post office to get passport photos taken as we couldn't do it at Cranbourne for obvious reasons. Not only were they much more helpful but surprise surprise they had no issues whatsoever putting my wife's application through via priority. No fake phone calls or anything. This Mani person needs to be reviewed and quite possibly a new line of work.
The staff at the Cranbourne park AP is really very arrogant, rude and they don’t even care about the people and even make funny faces at your back. I had visited the AP for the passport photograph of my baby and I waited in the queue for the enquiry about the passport photograph of baby and the man standing over the counter didn’t properly answer and said that the lady will come to you shortly. This behaviour of the staff is really a big disappointment.
