I had a very frustrating experience at this branch while trying to lodge a passport application.nI understand the shop is often busy, which is not the staff’s fault. However, while some team members were polite, others came across as uninterested and unwilling to assist.nOn my first visit, I was initially told the application could not be processed because it was after 4:30pm. A supervisor later said it was fine to proceed, but my application was then rejected due to the passport photos, even though they were taken at Officeworks and came with an approval certificate.nOn my second visit, I arrived well before closing time around 2pm, yet the staff member immediately checked the time before even assisting me, which gave the impression they were more concerned about finishing their shift than helping customers. I was then refused again because the lady insisted I needed my son’s citizenship certificate which I didn't require due to him being born after I had my citizenship. After leaving, I contacted the passport office and confirmed that this document was not required.nOverall, the experience felt inconsistent, unhelpful, and poorly informed. I would appreciate better staff training and a more customer-focused approach, especially for important services like passport applications.
I would rate this place in negative. I had to take my 6 weeks old for passport and this one particular staff member made us wait in line 4 times even though she mentioned we do not have to wait in line. It took us 2 hours from start to finish. Rest of the staff members were nice. Would not recommend this to anyone.
I was afters a proof of age card. After being told in pakenham that I needed to go to cranbourne I did. Got there and the lady with the blonde hair siad they had none forms . I asked if they could just print more as the next closet place was dandenong and she just repeated the same sence at me that they had none. Offered no apology and no remedy. I don't understand how your the only post office that does for miles yet you have non of the actual resources. If you have the means just go to dandenog. Do better!
The staff do an amazing job here keeping it clean and processing everyone quickly.nThe only reason it doesn't get five stars is because they seem to have minimised the store getting ready to close. That will be a sad day.
Had my passport photo taken here and wasn’t happy with the result. My chain was visible and sitting awkwardly, and no one pointed it out or gave me a chance to fix it. The process felt rushed, and more attention to detail would have made a big difference. Disappointing experience overall.
