I made an appointment to get done my passport application. The girl looks like Afghan or Pakistan were so rude . I was on time for my appointment . She always looking at me and knowing that I am here for my appointment, she was serving other customers.nnEven senior staff lady told her to serve me she was purposely ignoring my presence and did whatever she wanted.nnShe was being so rude . Then the other admin lady serve me with dignity and respect.
Looking at the other reviews here there seems to be a theme, in relation to staff attitude. I went in to pick up a parcel as per the slip the postman left which stated it was at Casey Central LPO. The parcel wasn’t there and they couldn’t locate in the tracking . Rather than be emphatic they were extremely condescending and acted as if I had done something wrong . It’s a busy time of year and a lot of people shopping for gifts . When a delivery unbelievably vanishes they need to understand that money has been spent and be nice not give me wild suggestions . For context , I have a couple of items which show in transit for delivery and I know about these . Their logic was that the slip could be for one of those . Please tell me , why would a postman come to my house and drop a slip for pick up when the item isn’t even in his van and the tracking says it’s on its way ! When I asked that question I was told “ they make so many mistakes “!!! Looks like Australia Post staff don’t have any trust in their own colleagues ! It’s Christmas ,everyone is trying hard to get presents for their children and family and friends and make the most of a very tough year. The attitude I got today from not one but two of the ladies there was a right proper dampener and has really upset me . A missing parcel is not my fault, but they made me feel like it was. Be nice and if you can’t do anything a “ we are sorry this happened but there is nothing we can do “ would have gone a long way , rather than the condescending comments and attitude . Get better at your job , it’s customer service ! Everyone likes a little kindness.
One of the rudest people in Aus post. One skinny tall lady there doesn’t want to treat nicely to clients who wants there service. Took my son’s passport photo but did not want to show me whether we like it or not. We pay your service & just give your clients little respect. This job is not for you guys.
I went there to take post size pictures of the baby. The staff member was very unsupportive and said to lay my baby on that dirty carpet floor. I asked at least they have a white cloth or something to lay my baby on but the lady said they don’t have.nOk I think if they do provide the services to take post size pictures of babies they should have been prepared.
Last time I visited this post office, the woman behind the counter decided it would be hilarious to insult the condition of my forms of identification physical cards, due to natural wear-and-tear. This insightful gesture of commentary was accompanied with the cackles of her fellow colleagues gargoyles, and further unsolicited berating. Seriously, this is how a government-affiliated entity should not be represented. You'd imagine the customer service and ability to communicate maturely would be a given. Not at this post office.
