I would just like to take this opportunity to thank all the staff but in particular Kerryn & Jennifer .What a professional attitude they have ,both chatty ,helpful ,knowledgeable ,a great experience ,never negative unlike my local post office, well worth using folk .Service with a smile .Thankyou.
After experiencing some rude staff at another post office I was recommended to try Moffat Beach as I needed help with an overseas parcel. The lady was so helpful, and did not make me feel rushed, she was happy to take me through all the steps. Highly recommend this post office for customer service and friendly staff.
